Chapter 26
After a while, Abigail heard Ryan’s voice. “It’s taken care of. Let’s go. I’ll take you back.”
She nervously spoke “Ryan, just now.
Ryan paned for a moment before picking her up in his arms.
Abigail gasped in surprise, instinctively holding onto his neck, her face full of confusion. He didn’t explain anything, just carried her and strode out.
The bar manager looked at the group of young men, who were beaten and couldn’t even stand, and the broken glass scattered all over the floor. He felt a headache and quickly ordered people to clean up the mess.

“Damn it! Who the hell was that guy?” Gavin, helped up by others, cursed as he wiped the blood from his face.
The bar manager hesitated. “We don’t know. We’ve never seen him before.”
“Why didn’t you help earlier? Did you enjoy watching the show? Huh? Gavin angrily grabbed him by the collar.
Terrified, the bar manager quickly raised his hands. “Mr. Tucker, please forgive me! Our bar has rules. We don’t get involved in fights between customers! This is a personal matter between you; we can’t interfere!”
Furious, Gavin shoved him away. “Get lost!”
The bar manager scrambled to leave..
Wiping the blood from his lips, Gavin spat a mouthful of blood and mattered curses under his breath as he took out his phone and dialed a number. “Hello? Mr. Gomer? I just saw Abigail at a bar barely teased her, and this guy jumped out to protect her. They seemed really close, and then the man carried her away. Do you think Abigail’s chearing on you? Their relationship doesn’t seem simple.
After hanging up, Eric’s face darkened. He quickly left the banquet.
So, that was how it was, Abigail!
She didn’t want to attend the banquet with him, but now she was getting cozy with another man in a bar.
They weren’t even divorced yet
With a stem expression, Eric got into his car and slammed his foot on the gas. The car sped off like a bullet.
At the banquet, Nicole noticed Eric was gone after talking with the socialites.
Ryan took Abigail to a nearby hotel. The hotel he was staying in was conveniently located nearby. It was a presidential suite on the top floor.
Her clothes were wet, and he feared she might catch a cold it she didn’t change
“Why don’t you take a shower first? I’ll get you some new clothes.” He paused and then asked, “Is it because of those people earlier that your eyes are like this?”
Abigail shook her head. “Not entirely. My eyes have always been bad”
The stimulation from tonight made it worse.
“After you’re done with your shower, would you like me to take you to the hospital?” Ryan asked
She was silent for a moment before shalding her head “No need. Just take me bone.”
She understood her condition clearly.
Despite the struggle, Abigail finished her shower and changed into the clathes Ryan had found for her. She wasn’t sure what they were, but they were large, probably clothes he hadn’t worn before.
As she fumbled to open the door, she heard the doorbell ring. She had spent a long time in the bathroom, as it was her first time being completely blind, and it made her very t
yuncomfortable.
“I’ll get the door,” he said.
He walked over, and a punch came flying toward him as soon as he opened the door.
Without any time to react, Ilyan was knocked to the floor.
Abigail heard the noise and was terrifled. “What happened? Ryan?”
“Ryan?” Eric sneered. “You sound so affectionate calling him that!TM
Sering the clothes on Abigail, his eyes instantly turned bloodshot
