Odalys walked toward the Stewart Villa while Percival followed behind quietly.
“Are you mad that I was too blunt just now?” Odalys broke the silence first.
Percival chuckled sufily
“You only want what’s best for him, and sometimes, the harsh truth is what he needs to hear. Pointing out the dangers might get him to prioritize
his reconery
“You must have seen that he was already working hard early in the morning, and you were worried that he was overworking himself and would affect his recovery, so you deliberately said these things to him” Percival smiled sofily.
Odalys meant well, and it was not just Percival, even Callum could see it.
“But I wasn’t exaggerating” Odalys added. “Not every hypnotist has good motives. If someone messes with Callum’s mind, it could destroy his confidence and ruin him”
In this world, everything was about profit. With enough money, one could even make the impossible happen.
