is missing. I’m afraid he’s dead now, right! Such a righteous police officer shouldn’t be alive. he comes back, Brandon said suddenly
Oliver listened and began to make a divination.
over and over.
He did it ove
“Well Brandon asked.
Oliver frowned even more deeply, and his fingertips stiffened. After a long while, he said, “It’s an empty divination.
“An empty divination means I can’t figure out if he’s dead or alive, what he’s doing, or where he is! How can it be an empty divination?” Oliver was a little surprised.
One could not be empty as long as one was
However, one could not be empty either after death.
In other words, whether one was alive or dead, there should be signs, not emptiness,
The emptiness meant there were many possibilities. Maybe one was still alive, and maybe one was dead or had disappeared.
The infinite possibility was the most frightening
“Call Windsor, Oliver said.
Brandon shook his head and said, “I just called him, but his phone was turned off
Oliver turned his head and looked out the floor–to–ceiling window. It was a bright and sunny day, but he felt a chill down his spine for no reason as if something was out of control.
His lips moved, but he couldn’t say anything.
Blood kept pouring out of his throat, clogging his mouth again. Then he spat out a mouthful of blood and fainted.
“Oliver,” called Brandon.
He hurried forward. Oliver tell heavily from the rocking chair to the ground unable to move.
Hannah was going upstairs with a glass of milk when she heard Brandon’s shout. She pushed the door open and hurried in. She smelled the blood in the room and saw Oliver vomiting blood on the ground.
“Call an ambulance,” Hannah shouted
“She was starting to panic.
Hannah thought, I recovered from all my injuries thanks to Oliver’s talismans.
I had doubts about Oliver before, but after my injuries healed, I believed the Bennett Group could make a comeback as long as we kept Oliver
Now seeing Oliver vomiting blood, she naturally
y panicked.
“What happened?” Sophia came running out upon hearing the commotion.
She was wearing a slip dress with a plunging V–neck, and her perfect figure was accentuated as she ran. Her smooth shoulders were constantly on display.
Her hair was messy, and there were kiss marks on her shoulders and neck.
She trotted over, barefoot. Her hair swayed behind her like a busy little elf. Standing outside Oliver’s room, she saw the scene inside.
A coldness flashed in
in her eyes, but she concealed it calmnly,
“Mom, why is Oliver suddenly vomiting gblood! Sophia asked, somewhat at a loss
Hannah shook her head, her heart sinking.

Now the Bennett family was in a mess, and she didn’t have the energy to deal with those things.
The top priority was to call an ambulance to take Oliver to the hospital!
“It’s probably because he has overworked and consumed too much energy, Hannah said,
As she turned, she stared at the ambiguous traces on Sophia’s body. A hint of anger flashed in her eyes until Sophia shyly reached out to cover her chest and lowered her head, saying “I forgot to change clothes.”
Sophia turned around and walked back as she spoke. After she got into the room, she slammed the door shut with a “Bang”.
The ambulance arrived soon. Hannah hesitated and told Brandon, “You are also injured. Why don’t you go to the hospital with him
Brandon stared at her for a long time before turning around and leaving with the ambulance
Hannah stood upstairs, watching the ambulance leave. She glanced at Oliver’s room, went forward, took the talisman from the altar, and walked away quickly
The moment she left, Sophia walked into Oliver’s room barefoot.
“He got hurt so easily! I thought he was capable of something.” Sophia said. Standing there, she took out the talisman and dipped it in the blood Oliver vomited.
Her delicate fingertips were also stained with blood, gently outlining something on the talisman.
When she finished drawing, she stood directly in front of the floor–to–ceiling window, took out a lighter, and lit the talisman.
Watching as the talisman, stained with Oliver’s blood, burned to ashes, she dusted off her hands and turned around. Then she met Henry’s deep big eyes.
“Henry.” Sophia panicked a little.
She quickly stepped back. hiding the lighter behind her.
Henry stared at her and said, “What are you doing here? It’s creepy. Go back to your room”
“Yes” Sophia bu her lip and lowered her eyes, concealing the emotions in them.
As she walked out and passed by Henry, her body fell uncontrollably toward him. Then she tumbled into his arms.
Her arms wrapped around Henry’s waist as she snuggled closer to him.
“Henry, I think I twisted my ankle. Can you help me back to my room!” Sophia bit her lip, and her face flushed
Henry’s face darkened. Remembering how she had desired his heart’s blood before, he suddenly showed her away with all his might
With a loud bang. Sophia was flung aside, her body crashing into the door frame. Pain surged through her, bringing tears to her eyes.
“Since you call me brother, you should keep your distance. Don’t try to seduce me. I’m not Windsor. Your tricks won’t work on me,” Henry said coldly.
As he turned to leave, he felt his body sway and his head ached severely.
Henry shook his head and was about to walk out when Sophia grabbed his arm. He tried to shake her off but beard her whisper in his ear, “What’s the rush?”
“Oliver and that old man are gone.” Sophia said pointedly.
She forcibly helped Henry up
up and walked toward her room.
Henry struggled continuously as she threw him onto the bed. He lay there, lips parting slightly, feeling as if all his strength had drained from his body. He watched as she stood by the bed, looking down at him.
“What do you want?” Henry r
roared
However, his voice was light, and no one outside could hear him.
He panicked and struggled to get up, but Sophia approached him and pushed him back onto the bed. Saiting on the edge of the bed, the twirled a strand of hair around her finger.

“What am I doing? What can I possibly do to you? Sophia purred.
She suddenly gave a sly smile, revealing a charming expression. She leaned forward and kept breathing in his ear. Her fingers danced across his jawline, trailing slowly downward.
“Have you forgotten, dear Henry? I told you I need a drop of your heart’s blood.
“And it seems like the perfect time since there’s no one else around…” Sophia said in a coquettish voice.
With flirtatiousness that sent chills down Henry’s spine, she tore open his shirt, revealing his muscular chest. Sophia swallowed hard, and her eyes glued to the sight before her. Henry, mustering all his strength, twisted away from her grasp.
“Why are you so obsessed with my blood? Was it you who injured Atlas? You already took his heart’s blood. Why do you need mine, too?” Henry’s eyes were filled with confusion.
He couldn’t fathom what made their heart’s blood so valuable.
