Chapter 27 The Bad Guy
Sierra glanced at Marvin. “You brought this upon yourself. If you hadn’t messed with me, how could you have got Ms. Bailey into trouble?
“Also, you should read more books and stop misusing idioms.” She gave Marvin a disdainful look and then tried to walk around him to get into the classroom.
“Marvin, she actually said you misused idioms. That’s so insulting!” Sam exclaimed angrily.
“Do I need you to tell me that? I’m not deaf!” Marvin slapped Sam on the head.
“Stop her!” Marvin ordered.
Sierra stopped and looked at Marvin. “What do you want?”
“Nothing much. Just a chat.” After what happened last time, Marvin didn’t dare to mess with her easily, especially since they were right next to the classroom.
“I don’t want to talk to you. Tell your people to move aside,” Sierra said expressionlessly.
“What if I don’t?” Marvin challenged her.
“Your injury from that day healed so fast?” Sierra shot a cold glance at him.
Marvin tensed up. He wasn’t ready that day, but Sierra wasn’t going to catch him off guard again. “Planning to kick me again?

“Listen. I went easy on you that day. If you try anything today, I won’t be so nice!”
They stared each other down, and the air around them felt colder because of Sierra’s icy presence.
The next second, Sierra shifted her body a little, and Marvin and the others immediately took a step back, getting into defensive positions.
Sierra’s lips curled into a faint smile as she thought to herself, “With these moves, they dare to challenge me. I wonder where they get their courage
from.”
Suddenly, a piercing voice came from behind Sierra.
“Marvin, what are you guys doing?” Helen stormed over, her eyes blazing with anger.
When Marvin and the others saw Helen, they tried to run away.
“Stop right there! If you take one more step, I’ll call your parents!” Helen quickly stood in front of Sierra.
Hearing this, Marvin and the others didn’t dare to move anymore. They stood there, waiting for Helen to yell at them.
“You guys are bullying a girl in the hallway? Do you even know what the rules are? Are you not ashamed? Girls are not for you to bully!
“You’re all big and strong, but instead of protecting the girls, you’re always picking on them. That’s too much!” Helen scolded loudly.
“Sierra, Abbey, you two go back to the classroom.”
“Marvin, where were you guys this morning?” Helen asked, looking at Marvin.

“We were in the classroom the whole time,” Marvin lied.
“You still dare to lie? How come I didn’t see you? We’ll deal with this later.”
“Sam. what about that chair?” Helen asked Sam.
“Huh? What chair?” Sam looked puzzled..
“Don’t play dumb. I’m talking about the chair you took from the podium this morning. Who did it?” Helen’s gaze shifted between them.
“I don’t know.” Sam kept pretending he didn’t know.
“So, you don’t want to tell me the truth, huh? Alright, I’ll ask your pa. to come to school tomorrow,” Helen said. She knew nobody wanted their parents to come and embarrass them.
“Marvin, say something!” Sam didn’t want his parents to come over for
this.
At this point, Marvin didn’t want his friends to get in trouble because of him. He took a deep breath and said to Helen, “I did it.”
“I knew it was you. No one else would dare.” Helen frowned at Marvin.
“You messed up school stuff and played a trick on me. Clean the classroom for a week as punishment,” Helen said seriously.
“Ms. Bailey, we have gym class tomorrow. Isn’t this too much? Marvin can’t do it all alone.” Sam tried to help Marvin out, knowing he was the principal’s grandson.
“I almost forgot about you. You think the punishment is too heavy, huh?”
“Yeah.”

“Alright, you can join him.” Helen decided to add Sam to the punishment
- 100.
“No. I can’t…” Sam didn’t expect to get himself into trouble as well.
“I think you can. The two of you together will be just fine.
“Everyone else, go back to the classroom. Since you two don’t like classes, you can stay in the hallway this afternoon and start cleaning after school.” Helen finished and led the others back into the classroom.
In the hallway, Sam looked at Marvin. “How come we got caught before we even started? Sierra is really lucky.”
“Don’t worry. There’s a time and a place for everything. If we can’t ge in the classroom, let’s do it in gym class.
“I don’t think a girl can beat us. We’ll show her who’s boss.” Marvin already imagined Sierra getting embarrassed, and a sneaky smile appeared on his face.
“Yeah, she might even end up crying and begging us to let her go.”
Time flew by, and soon it was after school. Sierra and Abbey walked out. of the classroom together. Looking at Marvin and Sam outside the door, Sierra said, “Make sure you clean the classroom thoroughly. No more tricks, or you’ll be the ones in trouble.”
“Don’t get too cocky. Just you wait.” Marvin gave her a cold stare.
“Oh? I can’t wait.” Sierra narrowed her eyes and smiled faintly, then walked out of the school with Abbey.
At the school gate, Isabella spotted Sierra and hurried over.
“Sierra, I’ve been waiting for you here, worried you might leave early.
Chapter 27 The Bad day
Good thing you didn’t.” Isabella pretended to be close to Sierra in front of
others.
“What do you want?” Sierra glanced at her.
“To go home together, of course. You didn’t drive today, right? But don’t worry, the car to pick us up should be here in a bit.”
“Who are you?” Abbey asked, looking at Isabella.
“I’m Sierra’s sister. My name is Isabella,” Isabella introduced herself.
Sierra glanced at her, wondering, “Who said she could call herself my sister? I don’t have a sister like her.”
“Um…” Sierra was about to explain, but Abbey beat her to it.
“Oh, so you’re Sierra’s sister! Hi, I’m Abbey, Sierra’s classmate.” Abbey smiled at Isabella, but she couldn’t shake the feeling that the two didn’t look like sisters at all.
Sierra watched as Abbey and Isabella chatted and got to know each other. She just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible.
While they were talking, a fancy car pulled up right in front of Sierra. The window rolled down, and Fabian’s face showed up.
“Fabian?” Sierra looked at him, surprised.
“Get in the car.
“No, thanks. My ride will be here any minute,” Sierra refused.
Abbey was stunned. Getting a ride from Fabian was a big deal, but Sierra had turned it down..
“On my way here, I saw your family’s car was broken down by the roadside,” Fabian told Sierra.
“Really? That’s such an old trick. And you’re still using it?” Sierra didn’t believe him.
