I glared at the woman, shoving her away in fury. “Are you crazy? What gives you the right to hit me?”
She grabbed my hair tightly. “Who do you think you are? You’re nothing but a tramp, trying to steal my boyfriend, and now you’re asking me who I am?”
I kicked her away, my patience running thin. “Stop making things up. I don’t even know your boyfriend, and I certainly don’t have anything to do with him. You’ve got the wrong person.”
Kate rushed over to help the woman I’d knocked down. “Tia, are you okay?”
Tia Hawkins shook her head, her eyes filled with such hate I thought she might rip me apart. “My boyfriend is Martin Knight, the CEO of the Knight Group. And you dare say you don’t know him? You’re a disgrace. I’ll make you regret this.”
When she mentioned Martin’s name, it clicked–this woman, Tia, must be Martin’s girlfriend. I couldn’t believe it.
What is Martin thinking, being with someone so clueless?

Before I could finish, Andrew stormed in, slapping me across the face, his face twisted with rage. “Olivia, you shameless woman. You really went and cheated on me? No wonder you broke up with me out of nowhere. A lonely orphan like you has no business in the Knight Group. I can’t believe you’re the other woman. You disgust me. It’s no surprise your parents are dead. You probably killed them!”
His words about my parents hit me like a slap in the face, and I saw red.
I rushed at him, kicking him in the stomach. “Andrew, how dare you say that to me? You’re trash, and that’s why we broke up. I didn’t want to be with someone like you anymore. And as for me cheating on you–don’t think for a second that no one knows about the things you and Kate have been up to. I’ve got the security footage, you know. Want me to show everyone how cozy you two have been at the office?”
The color drained from Andrew and Kate’s faces. Andrew tried to reassure Kate, saying, “It’s okay, Kate. Don’t listen to her. She’s just trying to scare us. Who would go looking through security footage for
no reason?”
Kate seemed to find confidence in his words. “Olivia, even if you hate me, you can’t just spread lies about me. Besides, you’re the one in the wrong here, trying to steal someone else’s boyfriend.”
I stepped forward and slapped Kate hard across the face. “Don’t talk nonsense. Martin is my brother.”
Tia laughed derisively and grabbed my hair, throwing me to the

ground. “You little bitch, still won’t admit it? I never knew my boyfriend had a sister, but now I see–you’ve been trying to
seduce him all along.”
Tia signaled to her friends, and they quickly moved in. “Girls, this slut tried to steal my man. She deserves to be punished. Let’s teach her a lesson she’ll never forget.”
I froze, seeing their hands reach for me, and I scrambled to explain, “Martin really is my brother. If you lay a finger on me, he won’t let you get away with it.”
Andrew stepped forward, glaring at me with disgust. “Don’t listen to her lies. She was my girlfriend before—selfish and vain. She always told me she was just an orphan. There’s no way she knows Martin. She’s making all this up. Behind my back, she was seeing other men and cheating on me. She deserves everything that’s coming to her.”
