Chapter 11
In the end, Zane picked two sets for Katie, along with three sets that Emelia liked, totaling 4 million for Nathan.
The wedding dress had been bought, along with jewelry, shoes, and many other things. Emelia thought to strike while the iron was hot, so she grabbed Nathan and headed out. But a phone call came in, interrupting their conversation.
Glancing at the screen, Nathan pulled out a card from his pocket,
explaining that he had something else to do and telling her to go ahead.
The two of them walked hurriedly and naturally did not notice what was happening inside the store.
And in the store, Katie pointed at Zane, her mouth wide open, “You, are actually the owner of this bridal shop?”
Zane laughed mischievously, “So we have to thank Mr. Morley for taking care of our business like this.”
Katie laughed so hard that her stomach hurt. She was afraid that if Nathan found out she had been set up by Zane, he would be furious.
She laughed as she said, “Perfect, I’ll give the wedding dress back to you, and you can give me half of the commission.”
Zane smiled gently and nodded as he left, quietly instructing the shop assistant to set aside the first outfit.
This was the first wedding dress Katie had ever tried on in her life. When she emerged from the fitting room, all the noise in the world seemed to disappear, and she could only hear the sound of her own heartbeat.
Chapter 11
Shouting three words everywhere, I love you.
Zane then realized that, even though he already loved someone very much, there were moments when he could love even more.
The two of them laughed and chatted as they walked out, reaching the steps where Nathan appeared, cigarette dangling from his mouth.
“Katie, come with me to the auction.”
The smile on Katie’s face froze in an instant, the cramped and dim warehouse, the malicious glances from below, brought her back to that unbearable 20 minutes.
She instinctively shook her head in resistance, wanting to hide in Zane’s
arms.
What could be touched was Nathan’s chest.
She then realized that when her mind was wandering, she was somehow dragged away by Nathan.
Zane clenched his fist, about to explode, but Nathan flicked the cigarette butt away with one hand and half–threatened, “Katie is still an item up for auction at the underground auction. Even if the auction agreement is void, she still needs to sign a new agreement and leave a fingerprint.”
“Or do you want to stop her?”
Nathan was telling the truth, and Zane couldn’t stop him.
“I went with you all.”
Nathan chuckled again, “You need to verify your assets before entering, at least one billion. Do you have it in your account?”
Zane was about to speak when he was suddenly embraced by a soft body.

Chapter 11
In the blink of an eye, the girl said a sentence that left him shocked in place.
He watched as the two of them walked away, only then did he realize that what Katie had said was, “I said yes to your proposal, wait for me to come back.”
Zane felt a surge of immense joy in his heart. It turned out she felt it too. Just as he said he liked someone and couldn’t wait to marry her, his fingers curved into a ring and slipped onto her ring finger.
He turned around and returned to the bridal shop, instructing the designer to start making the wedding dress sketch he had designed three years ago. “From this moment on, stop taking orders and focus all efforts on completing this wedding dress.”
He couldn’t wait to change his address to “wife” on the first day he took Katie away.
