By the time Josiah got to the dining area, Sienna was serving porridge at the island. The steam gave her a soft glow. On a whim, Josiah quietly went up behind her and wrapped his arms around her waist, pulling her close

Josiah stayed put, his cheek resting on Sienna’s neck. “Sienna, Yvene and I grew up together,” he said, voice a bit muffled.

Sienna was even amused by this lame explanation. Luckily her back was to him, or Sienna would worry he’d see her face full of disdain.

After breakfast, Josiah and Sienna headed out. Josiah drove Sienna to her dance studio.
As Sienna was about to get out of the car, she turned to Josials and said, “Hey, can I ask you for a favor?”
