Chapter 46
ASHER’S POV
on those
I enter the dungeon with my guards trailing behind me like a long, menacing snake. My anger burns within me, ready to be unleashed upon rogue wolves. The stench of sweat, urine and decay permeates the air, but I press on, my eyes focused on the end of the hallway.
As I walk, my boots echo loudly, making me sound like a giant. I like the sound, it adds to the fear and intimidation that I want the rogues to feel. Finally we reach the end of the hallway, and the sight before me is grotesque.
The rogues are huddled together, trying to stay warm in the damp and dark cell. They look up as I approach, but their eyes quickly dart down as if they’re afraid to make contact with mine. I feel a surge of power knowing that they fear me.
I grip the whips tightly in my hand, the metal chains clanking together ominously. I want to punish them for what they’ve done to my pack. They are lucky that I haven’t had them executed yet. But I know that they have information that I need, and I won’t let them die until I get it.
The rogues cower in fear as 1 approach them, their eyes wide with terror. I feel a sense of satisfaction knowing that they know who is in charge. They try to speak, but their voices are barely audible above the sound of my boots.
I raise my hand to signal my guards to bring me the leader of the group. He steps forward, his eyes fixed on the ground. I grab him by the throat and pull him close to me, so close that I can feel his breath on my face.
“You will tell me everything you know,” I hiss my voice low and menacing. “Or I will make sure that you regret ever crossing me.”
“N–never!
The rogue leader gulps, fear evident in his eyes. I release my grip on his throat, but I don’t let him go. Instead, I take one of the whips and Lash him across the back. He screams in pain, but I don’t stop. I keep hitting him, my anger fueling my movements.
“Very well then” I said with a very dangerous hint to my voice. “Get my whip then!”
These rogues were not only weak physically, but also mentally. They cowered in the corner, afraid of their own shadows as I took out the whip
It was a weapon of torture, pain, and fear, a weapon that was wielded with a cold, calculating precision that spoke of its owner’s mastery of the dark
arts.
The whip wasnt just any kind of whip. It was deadly with a long and flexible length of leather that tapered to a thin, braided tail. Its handle was made of a hard, polished wood, fitted with a silver cap that glittered in the light. The leather was black, gleaming with an oily sheen that spoke of frequent use, and was adorned with small, sharp iron studs that would dig into flesh and rip it apart with ease.
Even as I looked at the whip, I felt a sense of dread wash over me, as if 1 was staring into the very abyss of human cruelty. It was an instrument that was capable of inflicting unimaginable agony, a tool that was designed to break the will of even the strongest of men
With it I was sure that the man was going to speak by force.
Their hair was matted and their faces were covered in dirt and grime. Some had bruises and cuts on their faces and bodies, evidence of the torture they had endured. I couldn’t help but feel a twinge of satisfaction at the sight of them. They had caused so much trouble for my pack, and now they were paying the price.
I walked closer to them, and they all shrank back, their eyes wide with fear. I could see the desperation in their eyes, the hopelessness. They knew they were at my mercy, and there was nothing they could do to save themselves
I raised my hand, and one of the guards handed me a whip. I could feel the weight of is in my hand, and a sense of power washed over me. I had
power to make them suffer, to make them pay for their crimes.
the
1 began to lash out at them, my anger growing with each strike. They cried out in pain, begging for mercy. But I didn’t stop. I couldn’t stop. They needed to know that I was in charge, that I wouldn’t tolerate any disobedience.
I could see its deadly power unleashed upon the helpless rogues. The sound of its crack echoed through the dungeon, each lash sending a burst of pain and terror through the captive’s bodies. The whip cut deep, tearing flesh and leaving behind red welts that quickly turned into raw, bloody
wounds.
“Are you going to talk now?” I yelled but he was adamant. It would only take a few while of this ritual and those bold notions would be scarred off their heads.
He shook his head, making me more and more infuriated
As I continued to whip them, I couldn’t help but think of how different they were from my own pack. My pack was strong, resilient, and loyal. These rogues were weak, cowardly, and disobedient. They were a blight on my territory, and I was determined to rid them from it.

But as I looked at their broken bodies, I couldn’t help but feel a twinge of satisfaction.
The other rogues watch in horror, knowing that they could be next. I pause for a moment, panting heavily. My arm feels heavy, but I’m not done
yet. I continue to whip the leader until he is lying on the ground, bleeding and whimpering
I turn to my guards and nod my head. They step forward, grabbing the leader by the arms and hauling him away.
