Lydia sent a message to Aurora, but there was a time difference of several hours between their countries. Lydia advised him to go back first, saying she would notify him herself if there was any news, but Sebastian refused to leave no matter what.
He stubbornly stayed at his sister’s residence, sleeping on the sofa, waking up at the slightest movement, hoping it was news from Aurora
It wasn’t until the evening of the next day that Lydia received a reply.
“Alright, I’ll meet him.”
Just a few words, but they brought hope to Sebastian, Aurora was still willing to see him! This meant there was still a possibility between them!
Filled with excitement, Sebastian impatiently bought a ticket for the earliest flight.
Lydia pulled him back, frowning disapprovingly.
“Sebastian, you should rest for a day before you go. Haven’t you been without rest for several days? Since Aurora said she’d see you, she definitely won’t break her promise.”
Sebastian pulled his hand away from hers.
1 can’t wait any longer. During the time Autors left me, I’ve been thinking about her day and night. Now I just want to see her.” His eyes were gentle, which utterly perplexed Lydia.
