Chapter 27: Save It Luna

1 groggily opened my eyes, already dreading the day.
Meeting this bitch so early in the morning was a terrible start

1 Am sure I will have a hard day. Meeting this bitch this early in the morning, I would like to go back to sleep.
“Good morning.” I mumbled in a low breath. I did not care II she heard me or not. But I am sure Sue heard me because she reacted immediately. “Is that how to greet the Luna of this pack?” she growled. Not minding that it was still early and we were even in front of the Alpha room.
I dragged some air into my bangs and forced out a smile. “I’m sorry. I was not taught how to greet people properly. My bad,” I said through my gritted beeth. My words were full of sarcaSML.

Lucian stood in the doorway, his eyes narrowing

She gulped down her saliva nervously and turned around. She was facing Lucian
“What causes the commotion this early in the morning?” He asked. His voice was low but menacing
“No, I was just trying to ask this Omega a few things,” Emily said. A nervous smile escaped her lips. She was trying her best to look calm.
Lucian just gave her a cold look. He moved his gaze to me, and I lowered my gaze instantly.
“Come and prepare my bath.” He said and walked back into his room.
I widened my eyes in surprise. What the heck does he want from me again?
“So you have successfully seduced him right? You are just a useless Omega.” She spat our coldly.
“And let me tell you this. Whether you like it or not.. Lucian will never fall in love with you.. His heart only belongs to me and no one else.. Don’t feel you are special because you can enter his room.” She spat out coldly,
The corner of my lips curved upward slightly, forming a smirk.
“I have no words to say to you. I am in a hurry.” My voice was laced with mockery, and she did not fail to notice this
I walked past her but suddenly stopped in my tracks just as I was about to enter Lucian’s room. I was directing my gaze to her.
“You said his heart only belongs to you. No one argues with you on that. But since his heart only belongs to you. You don’t need to be tense” I stated. The smirk on my lips never disappeared.
“Don’t Tell me it’s what I’m thinlding suddenly exclaimed–feigning shock.
“You are scared that he will fall for me because I am way more beautiful than you?

Her face twisted in anger. Rage could be seen in her eyes, I am sure she would skin me alive if she had the opportunity.
“How dare you bitch.” She growled, but I did not reply to her. I pushed open the door and stepped in.
I am thrilled right now. At least I managed to piss her off–that ugly, arrogant fool.
“I thought it will take forever before you come in.”
Chapter 27 Save it Luna
I heard a deep, husky voice, and I raised my head immediately.
Lucian stared at me with his black phoenix eyes, boring holes in my body. This made me uncomfortable.
I cast my gaze downward and apologized. “I am sorry, sir.”
“Come here.”
I walked over to him immediately, very slowly. An imaginary tortoise had already walked past me.
“Are your feet glued to the ground?” Ye said, sounding annoyed.
Well, he was right about that, though. I was walking as if my feet were glued to the ground, and I could not lift anything.
“I am sorry your majesty.” I apologized and increased my pace.
After what seemed to be an eternity, I finally halted my steps in front of him.
“You and Emily. Do you know each other from anywhere before?” He asloed, narrowing his gaze.
“Nope,” I replied sharply. My head was high, but my gaze was lowered.
“Good,” he replied with a nod. You can go and take my bath. And don’t you dare leave my side when I have not given you permission to leave yet!” Lucian
ordered his voice firm.
1 curtsied.
“Yes, Your Majesty.”
I headed to the bathroom. I widened my eyes in surprise when. I saw how spacious it was.
I am sure this Palace is a little paradise. Everything is just so beautiful and out of the ordinary. I wished to have my bath here as well, but I know that’s never going to be possible. The thought should remain in my head alone because I know I must not try it, not even in his absence.
First, I turned on the warm water and adjusted the temperature.
Next, I added his favorite scented oils–cedar and sandalwood. Well, that’s what I guessed, because that’s the only oil in the bathroom.
The aroma filled the air, calming and inviting
I ensured the water was deep enough for him to soak.
I am very sure he would like it… It looks so inviting.
I lit candles around the bathroom, softening the ambiance.
Their flickering flames danced across the walls.
Finally, I laid out fresh towels and put on his robe.
The bathroom was ready and fit for the Alpha. Though I had never done this before, I am very sure he would like it. I deserved laudos for what I did.
A big smile formed on my lips as I stepped out of the bathroom.
“Your bath is prepared, Your Majesty,” I announced.
Lucian entered, his eyes scanning the space.
Approving, he nodded
“Good job.”
Good job! Is that all? After all the stress I had passed through preparing for everything, I only deserved a good job?!
I screamed in my head. I forced out a smile when I felt his deadly glare on me.
“What is the issue?” He questioned.
“Nothing. Can I take my leave now?” I asked. I was blinking my eyes cutely.
“No you can’t. You are my personal maid. You should help me with everything, Including my bath.”
