I watched as the man approached me. His eyes never leave mine for a second.
But I will not avert my gaze away from him as well.
He is a beast, and beast like him does not deserve any respect
He suddenly kneels before me His eyes piercing into mine.
But I won’t give up easily.
“How dare a little Omega like you raised your voice at me.” He yelled angrily.
I quickly moved my head aside to avoid getting his saliva on my face.
He even has a bad breath. That alone is enough to make me puke.
He grabbed my chin violently, forcing me to look into his eyes.
Everything about him is bad. Three is nothing good about him
Ugly face, bad breath and bad character.
He is a rogue on top of that. With the expression on Ava and lyra’s face. I could tell that man is a notorious criminal.
I tried to break free from him but his grip was unyielding.
I took in a sharp breath and shot him a cold glare “Release us this instant. Why did you kidnap us? We did nothing bad to you but you kidnapped us instead. “. I yelled at him angrily.
A chuckle suddenly escaped his lips.
“Feisty Omega, huh?” He mumbled and laughed again.
He suddenly moved his hand to my cheek and caressed it gently.
Instead of me enjoying his touch. I felt disgusted instead. I have the urge to puke but I refrained myself from doing so.
“The three of you are beautiful. I’m sure I will make good sales.” He continued, smirking “But first. I must have a taste of you three first. Especially you” He pointed his index finger at me.
The annoying smile on his face grew wider “You are now my slaves. So you should obey your master.”
He let go of my chin and rose to his feet. I let out the breath I have been holding.
That bastard. How I wish I could wipe that annoying smirk off his lips.
“Do you know who my brother is? Do you think he will let you go Scot free with what you did?” Lyra also voiced out.
I moved my gaze to her and I didn’t fail to see the fear in her eyes.
Though she was trying her best to look more confident than she was, she was unable to hide the fear as well.
“Of course I know who your brother was. The Alpha king or what did he call himself.” His words were full of mockery. “I would love to kill him with my two hands. But unfortunately. He can’t even locate us. Which means, he can’t find you at all ”
My heart skipped a beat. Are we going to be sold off with no trace?
The thought alone made my heart race. It started beating rapidly.
Lord Victor signaled, and his men closed in.
“Chain them,” he ordered.
Rough hands grabbed me, and cold metal wrapped around my wrists.
Ava and Lyra struggled, but they were quickly subdued.
The rogues dragged us down a dimly lit corridor. The air grew thick with dampness and decay.
We descended into darkness. The dungeon’s heavy door creaked open.
Ava whimpered. Lyra’s eyes locked onto mine. Fear and desperation shone in them.
The rogues tossed us into a damp cell. The door slammed shut.
Chain rattling, Lord Victor’s men secured us to the wall.
“Enjoy your stay,” one sneered.
As they left, darkness engulfed us.
Ava’s soft sobbing echoed.
Chapter 43: 1 must have a taste of you first
Lyra’s voice trembled.
“Tricia, what do we do?”
I strained against my chains. Think, Tricia, think.
But escape seemed impossible.
Were we doomed to rot in this dungeon? Ava’s sobbing grew louder.
Lyra’s voice shook “Tricia, what do we do?”
I strained against my chains.
Think, Tricia, think.
But escape seemed impossible.
Suddenly, faint whispers echoed.
“Hello? Is anyone there?”
A soft voice called out.
Lyra’s eyes sparkled.
“Someone’s here!”
A figure emerged from the shadows.
One of the girls was kidnapped earlier.
“Over 50 of us were taken,” she said.
“My name is Elara.”
Determined, Elara continued.
“We must work together.”
Ava nodded.
Lyra’s eyes blazed.
“Let’s escape!”
Elara smiled.
“I know the layout.”
Hope flickered.
Maybe we could escape.
But Lord Victor’s words haunted me “No escape.”
Elara’s words ignited hope.
“We have to be quiet,” she whispered, her eyes darting around cautiously.
Ava nodded, her face set with determination.
Lyra’s eyes shone with excitement.
“Let’s do it,” she whispered, a hint of a smile on her lips.
We waited until nightfall.
Elara signaled, her hand flicking upward.
Now.
We silently made our move.
Chains rattled as we slipped free.
We crept through the shadows.
Almost there.
Freedom beckoned.
Suddenly, torches flared.
“Stop!” a guard yelled, his voice echoing through the corridor.
We froze, our hearts racing.
Chapter 43: 1 must have a taste of you first
Caught.
Lord Victor’s face twisted in anger, his scar puckering.
“Foolish girls,” he spat, disgust dripping from his voice.
“Thought you could escape?”
Guards closed in, their faces stern.
Rough hands dragged us back.
To the dungeon.
Lord Victor sneered.
“Punishment awaits,” he said, his eyes glinting with malice.
Tomorrow We’ll face the consequences. Of our failed escape.
Ava trembled, fear etched on her face.
Lyra’s eyes welled, tears brimming.
Elara’s face set, resolves hardening.
“We’ll try again,” she whispered. –
But for now? Fear gripped me.
What punishment awaited?
a frustrated sigh escaped my lips. Nothing seems to be working our way. Even the word frustration seems to be an understatement.
I can see the girls were scared but they chose not to show it
Only Goddess knows what awaits us tomorrow.
Will Lucian find us?
I’m not even sure. I am so angry right now.
Lucian may not even notice or be absent. But the only thing that could make him notice was his sister that was here with us.
I just hope he finds us on time, before these beasts sell us off to God’s knows who.
“You should all rest. Everything will be fine.” I tried to assure them. But there was doubt in my eyes as well.
I’m not sure if we will be fine.
“I don’t think I can sleep here. This place smells so much and I think I will soon puke.” Lyra lamented. Anger written all over her cute face.
A said smile formed on my lips. I patted her hair in a soothing manner. Just like how a mother will do to her child whenever she’s sad.
the smile on my face fell immediately when the thought of mother crossed my mind… No one ever shows me what motherly love is.
I thought my so–called mother loved me so much until my eyes cleared.
I shook my head, trying to shake away the annoying thought off my head.
“We will all be fine. Just sleep and that’s all. Panicking would not help the matter.” I said to everyone. Trying to use a commanding tone.
“Just shut the fuck up and let us hear word. Who are you to be commanding us.” One of the girls yelled.
I directed my gaze to where the voice came from.
The girl was shooting daggers at me with her eyes as if she was holding a grudge against me.

Chapter 44. You will pay for this
Chapter 44: You will pay for this
Tricia’s POV
I moved my gaze to where the voice came from. It happened to be a blonde girl with an annoying face
She was shooting daggers at me with her eyes. If looks could kill, I bet they would have buried me by now.
“But she was not talking to you. Everyone here did not complain so what is your problem?” Ava half yelled at the girl
Everyone seems to be frustrated right now and they were looking for who to transfer their aggression to.
A sigh escaped my lips and I signal Ava to keep shut.
“And are you the one I am talking to? Just shut the fuck up if you have nothing to say.” The girl barked at Ava. She then directed her gaze to me. “If not for your silly plan to escape. How would we be caught? Now they will punish us all for trying to escape.” She yelled.
There was a pin drop silent in the room afterward.
“Since you chose to rot here. I don’t think there is any reason for us to take you along with us whenever we have the chance to escape.” Lyra said through her gritted teeth. Anger could be seen, written all over her face.
“It’s okay Lyra. Let’s just sleep and see what awaits us later.”
The next day. The sound of the dungeon door opening pulled me out of my deep slumber.
The sunlight fell on my face and I squinted my eyes, before I finally opened it fully.
Several rogues were standing at the door entrance.
How can some people be this ugly. Their face matches with their heart.
They are evil. I guessed that was why the moon goddess did not bless them with a pleasant face.
“Waje yo wretched ones” One of the rogues yelled and everyone opened their eyes instantly.
Fear could be seen written on their faces
I almost rolled my eyes at the rogues but I refrained myself from doing so.
Who is the wretched one here? It was clear like the day that they are the ones.
I sucked in a deep breath and lowered my gaze.
The sound of their boots echoed through the place.
“Are you all deaf. Get the fuck to your feet.” One of them yelled angrily and we all trembled in fear.
Though I was trying my best to remain calm, my mind was in turmoil.
Bad luck did not want to leave me at all cost. This is more frustrating than I thought.
Is my rebirth a blessing from the moon goddess or a punishment?
I could not tell.
We all rose to our feet and the guards dragged us out of the stinking and creepy place.
A sigh of relief escaped my lips immediately as we were out of the dungeon. But something else is awaiting us.
They dragged us to a big field and threw us to the ground aggressively.
Lord Victor stood on the platform, his eyes scanning the courtyard.
“Well, well, well,” he sneered. “Look what we have here.”
Ava trembled beside me.bShe directed her gaze to ke “Are we going to die?” She couldn’t help. but asked. Her voice trembled slightly.
I shook my head and patted her head “We will be fine. You don’t need to be scared.” I assured her and she nodded slowly.
“So you all tried to run away yesterday, how stupid of you.” He growled and got down from the platform.
The annoying smirk on his lips never leaves for once.
“Who among you brought up the idea of running away?” He asked. His voice was low but menacing.
All the girls pointed their fingers at us. Including that annoying blonde girl.
“They are the one,” She replied through her gritted teeth.
Probably, she was happy that I will soon be punished.
Please Lord Victor, have mercy. Ava Pleaded. She already had tears brimming in her eyes.
“We won’t try again, I promise.” Elara also joined.
Lyra And I are the only ones that did not utter a single word. We were both glaring at the bastard.
Lord Victor’s laughter echoed “Promises mean nothing to me,” he spat. “Only obedience matters.”
I sucked in a deep breath and raised my head. My eyes met with his.
So he has been staring at me since all these while. But who cares about that.
“You should release us if you don’t want to regret it in the end.” I said through my clenched teeth.
Lord Victor’s gaze narrowed “We’ll see about that,” he snarled.
“Since they are rebellious here, you should punish them now.” He instructed his men.
The guards dragged us to the whipping post.
Ava screamed as the first lash struck.
“Stop!” Lyra pleaded. “Please, stop!”
Lord Victor’s face twisted.
“You should have thought of that before you tried to escape,” he sneered.
Elara’s eyes blazed “You’ll pay for this,” she vowed.
Lord Victor laughed “I’m shaking with fear,” he mocked. His laughter grew louder as he said this.
I balled my hand into a fist m, my nails dug in my palm aggressively. I’m sure that would leave a cut.
I hate it when people disobey me. Especially when it was an ugly bitch that disobeyed me. Lord Victor roared.
He suddenly grabbed his sword and dashed towards us. Elara could be seen rolling on the ground. Her body fell as well and blood splashed everywhere.
Everything happened so fast that I was unable to catch what just happened.
What the heck? The girl is now dead?
There was a pin drop silent. My heart picked a race immediately and started beating rapidly.
Is this how everyone is going to die? Including me, Ava and Lyra?
The thought alone made me tremble in fear.
Lord Victor seemed to notice the fear in my eyes and smirked.
“You can’t talk now? Cat got your tongue?” Ye said and another cold laughter followed.
I am very sure he was enjoying what he was doing.
I moved my gaze to him and dragged some air into my lungs to calm myself.
“I will never obey you.” I said through my clenched teeth.
The smile on his face fell instantly, it was replaced with anger in the next seconds.
“You will regret ever disobeying me because I won’t go easy on you.” He spat out coldly.
The corner of my lips rose slightly, forming a smirk. “We will see about that. What will you do if I disobey you? You will kill me like you killed an innocent girl?”
I could feel anger boiling within me. That bastard deserves to die as well.
“Well I kill you with no mercy as well. You will regret ever messing with me” He threatened.
He suddenly moved his hand to my cheek and caressed it.
I tilted my head backward to avoid his disgusting touch.
“It is such a waste that a face like this will go to waste.” A cold chuckle escalated his lips after this “I hope you have the strength to satisfy four men at a time.”
My heart skipped a beat immediately as the word escaped his lips.
The flogging continued.
With each lash, my anger grew,
We’ll escape.
We’ll fight.
We’ll make Lord Victor pay.
